September 17, 2024 – Saigon Beer - Alcohol - Beverage Corporation (SABECO) has started sending support to 6 provinces impacted by Typhoon Yagi through a collaboration with Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU), local authorities, and its partners.

Under the relief program with the total value of more than 4.2 billion VND, SABECO and its partners have been sending essential goods and food supplies to residents in flood-stricken areas of Bắc Kạn, Cao Bằng, Lào Cai, Thái Nguyên, Tuyên Quang, and Yên Bái. Each province is estimated to receive support worth 650,560,000 VND. Additionally, 50,000,000 VND in financial aid was sent to frontline forces in each province to assist with post-disaster recovery efforts.

The essentials, including bottled water, food, and flashlights, were sourced from MM Mega and Chương Dương Company, and were distributed to beneficiaries by local authorities and provincial CYU members to ensure timely and effective delivery.
